Each team and/or club is given a free listing on which they can add contact details and a brief summary abour thier team. If the team/club wants to display more information including match reports, a photo, messages about upcoming events, they should opt for the enhanced page.

Fundraising

Each Club, and team, within the Borough is entitled to a FREE web-page listing contact details and a summary of activities.

Each Team can opt to enhance their webpage to gain additional functionality. This is financed by each team selling advertising space to family, friends and local business.  (the team will set the price and terms with a guide of £20/year). £50 pays for the facility and the rest goes directly into club funds.   Club with several teams can raise hundreds of pounds every year.

Each Advertiser pays for a space to have their advert/logo displayed on-line.  The advert will be seen by every visitor to the team page; therefore, targeted directly at the local community. The advertiser provides the advert ready for display (help is available if required) and the team will organise the upload of the advert weekly, monthly or for a year depending on the terms of sale.  The more imaginative the team, the more money raised! The adverts can either be:
130 pixals by 100 pixals (see example),
130 pixals by 200 pixals (see example),
or 130 pixals by 400 pixals (see example).

    

Selling Advertising

The team approaches family, friends and local business and sells advertisement spaces at £20 for a year  (they may want a double space or all 5 spaces.) 

The advertiser pays the club and provides the advert (size / format) ready for upload (for further assistance on design and animation contact High Quality Technology Ltd). The team makes payment, uploads the adverts and  is then able to access the additional functions of its webpage i.e. match reports, team selection, fixtures, news and a photo.  The team keeps £50 per page!

If you offer a service to sports minded people within the Scarborough Borough then apply for a FREE webpage to list contact details and general information. Additional functionality for only £50 (+ VAT) a year will enable you to provide more information e.g. adverts, photos and regular updates such as special offers.
